**Project Summary**:

- Are you a Strategy Consultant with 1-3 years' experience of working in the Financial Services industry?

This consulting opportunity is to support our client (a leading Financial Institution), in providing overall support to defining and delivering on the Group Strategy agenda.
- The project needs a consultant who:

- Can demonstrate project experience in marketing sizing, market entry, commercial due diligence, business model review, growth strategy.
- Is Pro-active and a strong communicator; who can work to a vision, with limited supervision.
- 1-3 years as a consultant with any established consulting firm in the financial services sector. or

**Key Areas of Work**:
The key services you'll be providing include:

- Overall support in defining and delivering on the Group Strategy agenda including expanision into new markets.
- Developing a coherent execution plan
- Carry out market research, industry analysis and help facilitate internal working committee meetings with senior stakeholders
- Assist with effectively running meetings and workshops, facilitating discussions, running interviews and capturing and sharing notes and action plans
- Build business cases, recommendations, analysis etc
- Build a cohesive understanding of exisiting business divisions and markets and understand the impact for the different initiatives
- Support on other strategy initiatives as needed by the team and provide financial services/capital market knowledge to effectively engage with stakeholders across the group

**Mandatory Skills/Experience**:
Successful consultants will be able to demonstrate the following:

- ** 1-3 years** as a consultant with any established **consulting firm** in the financial services sector, analyst or associate level (or equivalent experience with a finanical services firm)
- Project experience in **marketing sizing, market entry, commercial due diligence, business model review, growth strategy.**:

- ** Pro-activity** and a **strong communicator**; who can work to a vision, with **limited supervision**
