**Experienced Roofers Wanted**

**Duties**:

- Install, repair, and maintain various types of roofing systems, including shingles, tiles, slate, metal, and flat roofs
- Conduct thorough inspections to assess roof condition and identify any issues or potential problems
- Perform necessary repairs or replacements to ensure roofs are watertight, structurally sound, and aesthetically pleasing
- Measure and cut roofing materials to fit specific dimensions
- Install insulation and vapor barriers as needed
- Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a Roofer or in a related field preferred
- Knowledge of roofing techniques, materials, and tools
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
- Proficient in using power tools and hand tools
- Familiarity with carpentry, masonry, or welding is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve heavy lifting and working at heights
- Valid CSCS card (advantageous)
- Competent in both flat and pitched roofing skills
- Own hand tools required

- **Expected Hours**: up to 40 hours per week.
