**About the store**

Specsavers in Alnwick first opened its doors in 2017. The store sits in a prominent position in the middle of the main high street, next to the cobbled carpark which offers free parking to shoppers.

The store boasts 2 optical test rooms and 1 audiology/dual room as well as a lab for glazing on site. A team of 12 dedicated and passionate colleagues call this store home and the store has recently been certified under the Great Place to Work scheme.

**Store location**

The store is located in the beautiful town of Alnwick in Northumberland, known for its famous castle and stunning coastline. Alnwick is perfect for people looking to escape to the country and enjoy what Northumberland has to offer. With the A1 adjoining Alnwick and a major trainline close by, Alnwick is also very lucky to be within easy reach of two major cities; Edinburgh (1 hour on the train) and Newcastle (35 mins in the car).

**Requirements of the role**

The new Retail Partner will be a proven retailer with experience in optics. The right person for this position will be confident, possess a strong worth ethic and a willingness to succeed. You’ll be passionate about your job and enjoy a fast-paced environment whilst leading and inspiring your teams to be the best that they can be. You’ll be willing to go the extra mile for customers and someone who encourages their team to do the same.
