**Decorative Coatings Production Operator**
- Based BSW Dalbeattie, DG5 4PL
- Day shift, Monday to Friday, 42.5hrs per week
Forming part of our Decorative Coating Department, you’ll play a key role in the creation of a wide range of quality decorative timber products - on time and to specification.
**Specifically, some responsibilities of **Decorative Coatings Production Operator **include**:
- Manual handling of timber.
- Operating state of the art sawmilling machinery.
- Working towards set production targets.
- Upholding the appropriate Health & Safety practices.
**About you**:
As a motivated and hardworking individual, you are focused and have keen attention to detail. You understand that quality is important within this role and a degree of flexibility is required to ensure operations are maximised, maintained and quality targets are met with minimum wastage. In addition, you will have:
- Prior experience within a production, manufacturing, or similar environment in a hands-on role.
- A committed, motivated and enthusiastic approach.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- An appreciation of quality and Health & Safety.
- Willingness to undertake all relevant training required to fulfil the role.
