Join Elysium Healthcare as a Quality Improvement Lead and oversee the Quality Improvement (QI) responsibilities in relation to all of Elysium’s services, taking a lead role in addressing issues both clinical and non-clinical matters. In this role, you will be part of a central team that acts as the organisation’s internal resource for improvement science.

You will possess a deep understanding of improvement methodology and techniques used by the Institute of Healthcare Improvement (IHI) and you will have current or previous engagement with an IHI Improvement Advisor programme.

You'll be a part of a team that has a strong emphasis on teamwork, with support from a regional network of healthcare professionals and enjoy access to a variety of training courses to support you reach your career goals.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- To contribute to the development of a culture of quality improvement.
- To lead on the development and deployment of the QI strategy and programme.
- To lead on the governance of quality improvement across the organisation.
- To provide leadership and improvement expertise for all QI projects within the organisation.
- To provide knowledge and expertise in using data and measurement for improvement.
- To manage and support projects that fall within Elysium’s portfolio of high priority QI areas.
- To represent Elysium’s QI department at internal and external events.
- To lead and coordinate the day-to-day business and activities of the central QI team.
- To provide line management to members of the central QI team.

**To be successful in this role, you'll need**:

- Substantive experience of working in the healthcare sector.
- Strong track record of working effectively with service users and carers in supporting improvements.
- Competent in establishing excellent working relationships with external networks relevant to Elysium.
- Previous experience of working across different service user groups and settings.
- Substantive experience of running and facilitating meetings and workshops.
- Substantive experience of leading and participating in change.
- Substantive experience of bringing innovation and new ideas to practice.
- Evidence of continuing professional development.
