A Luxury Property Company with beautiful office buildings throughout Central London, is looking for an exceptional Receptionist to join their friendly and dynamic team.

Based in the heart of London, you will act as the first point of contact for all visitors at one of their buildings, creating strong relationships with all corporate tenants and providing a great first impression to all visitors. You will ensure the managementand smooth running of the building, giving all corporate tenants and visitors a 5* service and experience.

Responsibilities of the Receptionist:

- Provide excellent customer service and ensure tenants and visitors feel happy and supported during their working day.
- Ensure the building and front of house reception area are kept to a high standard at all times
- Answer phone calls for the company and virtual tenants
- Provide a 5* service to all tenants by responding to daily office & building queries and ensuring any maintenance requests are delivered to the facilities team in a speedy manner
- Support new and current tenants from start to finish during the move in and out process by following the checklists.
- Other administrative duties as required for head office or tenants

The successful Receptionist / Administrator will have:

- At least 1 years’ experience in a Reception and/or customer service role
- Great relationship building skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and punctuality
- A professional attitude and appearance, always going the extra mile to provide a 5-star service
- The ability to work independently using initiative

In return, you will receive £20,000 - £27,000 per annum.
