**Highfields School** are seeking to appoint an organised and adaptable **Receptionist** to work in our School office.

The role will involve carrying out a range of general administration and reception duties under the supervision and direction of the line manager.

This exciting role will offer a great deal of variety and opportunity to develop and enhance your skills.

We offer excellent training opportunities as well as a friendly and supportive working environment. The ability to work as part of a team is essential, as are excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, a sound knowledge of IT and the ability to work confidently under pressure.

You will be confident liaising with staff and will be friendly and approachable as well as professional at all times. The post holder should be willing to work flexibly across a range of functions. Maintaining confidentiality at all times will be essential.
