Butterface Cakes is an independent craft bakery in Farnham, GU9 9JL. Our brand "Anges de Sucre" has been baking London and Surrey's best cakes for over 10 years and we are known for our excellent products and service. We are innovative, customer-centric and agile, and our goal is to make customers happy with delivering our beautiful and delicious cakes safely.

We require a self-employed multi-drop owner driver with their own clean large car/van (if car, rear seats and boot MUST go completely flat) to deliver cakes in London surrounding counties in half-full day shifts, 4 days a week (Tues, Thurs, Fri and Sat). This job is ideal for taxi or delivery drivers with their own clean cars (Prius etc).

Job Specification:
Pick-up from productions premises depot in Farnham, GU9 9JL.

Working Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday

Multi drop fragile cake parcels to homes and businesses around London and surrounding counties

Approximate start time is 08:00 and finish when last delivery is made by 17:00 latest - flexibility is required as hours are variable depending on how busy the delivery schedule is, with full day shift being 08:00-17:00.

Rates of pay: Half-Day rate of £55 per day + 20pence per mile + Congestion charge if applicable. Full-Day rate of £85 per day + 20pence per mile + Congestion charge if applicable. Invoiced and paid in arrears every 2 weeks/fortnightly.

Must provide your own van/large car (if car, rear seats and boot MUST go completely flat), with air-conditioning.

Vehicle must be CLEAN and hygienic

Driver must be presentable, hygienic and professional

Driver must be a responsible and careful driver

Must not be a smoker

Must have multi-drop experience in London

Must be reliable and great with customers

Be flexible to daily changing demands of job

Have access to mobile phone with reliable GPS and must text ETAs to customers directly

Hold UK driving license for no less than 2 years - no driving convictions

Immediate start required.
