**_ About the role / service _**

We are looking for an enthusiastic, engaging, and analytical individual to join our team as Performance and Improvement Officer within the Policy, Performance, and Customer Care Team. You will be responsible for supporting a wide range of monitoring and continuous improvement projects to support and facilitate continuous monitoring of service delivery and quality improvement within the Adult Service Directorate. Using data analysis tools to create timely reports for the service, its partners, and key stakeholders.

**_ You will have:_**
- Ability to undertake complex data analysis and produce high quality reports.
- Technical knowledge and experience of continuous service improvement.
- Good communication and report writing skills and be able to deal with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Possess a good level of analytical thinking and problem solving.
- Experience of using digital technology to interact and engage with teams and individuals.
- The ability to overcome resistance to change and problem solve.
- Well organised, with strong time management skills and an ability to work on multiple, simultaneous projects/activities and to mandated deadlines.
- Advanced knowledge and experience of data analysis methodologies and tools e.g. Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Business Objects.

An understanding of Adult Social Care would be desirable.
