The post holder will be responsible for Practice and Professional Development within the Cardiology directorate. The role is multifaceted but its primary functions are: To develop new and maintain staff competencies through the use of theory and clinical training experiences To support the further professional development of permanent staff members To support and develop the MDT students based in Cardiology To introduce new practices and equipment into the Unit As this role has been newly created we are looking for an innovative and dynamic individual to develop the role and the hours may be flexible to deliver real time teaching in the clinical area.
