**Job description**

**Job Role and Responsibilities**
- Data collection, management and organisation.
- Manage online portals to ensure information is recorded safely, promptly and correctly.
- Support the surveying team in delivering a high-quality service. Ensuring that workloads are handled in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain high customer service levels.
- Build, maintain and enhance relationships with our clients.
- Integrate into our team and build positive relationships with colleagues.
- Gather full details about new work requests when they arise.
- Management of work request allocations.
- Support senior surveyors, with the current caseload of surveys and assessments. Assisting with the handling of data and reports from instruction to completion.
- File management.
- Diary management.
- Carry out tasks with skill, care and diligence, in accordance with expected market and company standards.
- Quality checking reports.
- Contribute to the continuous business improvement process and to the meeting of business objectives.
- To be an ambassador for the company at all times, internally and externally.
- Comply with health and safety policy and safe working practices.
