**About the Position**:
As the Content Designer you will improve our customer journey through strategy and design, making it easy to understand and use. You will have the opportunity to take the lead on projects and be expected to contribute to concepts as part of our content team. You will be involved in the day-to-day customer journey, digital UI, marketing, print, packaging and design projects. You will work across all our brands and understand the needs of each one to help maintain and develop brand identities and communications.
**Responsibilities will include**:
- Assisting with the development of our brands customer journey and lifecycle strategy - all centred around our customer excellence standards
- Designing for omni-channel customer journeys
- Performing comprehensive competitor analysis
- Collaborating with our developers to bring your designs to life
- Assist in generating additional visual assets, including manipulating photography and creating videos
**Experience**
- Previous creative experience working in a similar role for 3+ years
- Adobe CC is our primary toolset. Your portfolio will showcase your ability to create stunning content using tools such as After Effects, Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop and XD or Figma.
- Knowledge of video creation using motion, premiere or canvas would be a benefit
- Experience creating content for eCommerce websites

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
