The role*

The individual will also work closely with the Talent team to produce MI including tracking & reporting of hiring costs and recruitment progress. The role will also support the HR team on projects and initiatives to ensure processes are effective, standardised, automated, and scalable.

Key responsibilities*
- Source skilled, diverse talent that will drive a high performing business
- Support events designed to increase our access to diverse and untapped talent
- Update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) as required and support the team with functionality enhancements
- Produce relevant recruitment related MI using the ATS
- Manage the Careers page alongside managing all job postings on appropriate job boards and media sources
- Review onboarding and recruitment feedback, working with the team to make incremental changes to improve the experience

Previous resourcing experience desired
- Strong communication skills, verbal, written and listening
- Proficient in the use of MS Office and ability to navigate systems
- Strong relationship builder and confident liaising with a broad range of individuals
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
