**The following area of responsibility awaits you**:
In our new Marketing Activation department, you will be part of a dedicated team responsible for supporting the implementation of marketing activities and handling marketing-related customer enquiries.

In your role, you will work closely with sales and be an excellent networker. You will identify process optimisations and ensure successful activation of the marketing plan for the GB&I markets. In addition, your tasks will be:

- Ownership and accountability for executing the marketing plan for region North across the GB & Ireland.
- Support of our B2B target groups, in particular the installers, in addition to homeowners.
- Independent planning and implementation of sales-activating marketing measures
- Processing of marketing-related customer enquiries (based on predefined/standardised marketing material & tools)
- Quality assurance and proofreading of marketing material as well as local market adaptation and coordination/validation of translations, in cooperation with external service providers as well as internal teams
- Responsible for ensuring marketing materials meet local language/tone of voice requirements.
- Production of BTL marketing materials
- Coordination and implementation of local communication with different target groups (B2B and B2C)
- Implementation of co-branding measures, give-away production or localisation, input for regional content production
- Interface management with sales and all other marketing departments as well as supervision of e.g. marketing partnerships

**You should bring these qualifications and skills with you**:
We are looking for someone with an inquisitive mind and excellent project management skills who enjoys marketing planning and working with different stakeholders / business units. You should be comfortable in a coordinating and open-minded role in an international environment and know how to act locally and think globally. In addition, you should have the following qualifications:

- Competent with full Microsoft Office suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc)
- Competent in the use of CRM systems.
- Marketing experience in a B2B environment.
- Key Account management experience.
- Hands on customer service experience, ideally within a marketing capacity.
- Excellent, in depth understanding and knowledge of the V-GBI market.
- First class communication skills - written and verbal.
- Excellent organization skills.
- Full responsibility for ensuring excellent communication between the V-GBI sales team and Region North Marketing team.
- Confident networker - able to continuously maintain strong relationships with a wide variety of external stakeholders.
- Prioritisation skills - ability to focus on the right things, for the right people at the right time.
- Ability to manage own time effectively to ensure maximum output and productivity.
- Digital marketing capabilities - experience using SEO, Sitecore, SoME, Google Analytics etc.
- Use of CRM systems.
- Full driving license
- Valid Passport
- Ability and willingness to commit to significant, frequent travel both domestic and international, including overnight stays.
