**Responsibilities**:

- Review and assess credit hire claims from road traffic accidents.
- Gather relevant information, documents, and evidence to support claims.
- Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and third parties to negotiate settlements.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding credit hire claims.
- Draft legal documents, including letters of claim, settlement agreements, and court documents if litigation is required.
- Prepare cases for court appearances, including gathering evidence, preparing witnesses, and representing clients in hearings.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents related to credit hire claims and road traffic accidents.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including legal assistants and administrative staff, to ensure smooth case management.
- Maintain accurate and organized case records and documentation.
- Keep clients informed about the progress of their cases and provide timely updates.
- Work in compliance with legal ethics, confidentiality, and professional standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Previous experience as a Credit Hire Specialist and familiarity with the litigation process related to road traffic accidents.
- Strong knowledge of credit hire principles, regulations, and relevant laws.
- Legal qualifications (LLB, LPC, or equivalent) are preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and third parties.
- Attention to detail and the ability to analyse complex information.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using legal databases and software for case management.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload with mínimal supervision.
- Experience in court appearances and litigation is an advantage.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
