**Working Hours**: 25 hours per week, including every other Saturday. Working days and times can be flexible.
What You'll Be Doing
As a People Administrator Support and Team Liaison reporting to the People Administrator and Head of Experience, you will provide important assistance to the wider HR/People function throughout our team members life cycle. You will have a focus on team welfare, including organising team events, newsletters and regular team welfare checks.
- Support our Culture Champions "Lead Pioneers" to deliver training, and help to ensure team have a great induction, are assigned a Buddy and work through their 90-day induction, helping towards keeping team engaged and retention low.
- Governance & Compliance - Support with the management of DBS & Right to Work processes on park
- Support Managers with the leavers process ensuring the termination of team and leavers process is followed correctly. Also help to guide the completion of exit interviews when team leave
- Assist the People Administrator with payroll for the park, ensuring that all departments are compliant, including absence and holiday records
- Support with general Administration tasks, keep an accurate record of live on team and support with recognition activities. Also support Managers with general Employee Relations Tasks.

What We Would Like You To Bring
- You will be inquisitive, and comfortable with team member engagement at different levels.
- Experience with IT systems
- Previous experience in HR/People administrative roles
- Experience handling sensitive information with the ability to escalate and communicate risks promptly
- A CIPD accreditation is desirable, however is not essential - this is a great opportunity if you are at the start of your HR career
