Information about the role:

  • To provide a strong administrative support to the Sales and Accounts teams
  • Assist with the processing of customers' vehicle orders and all associated administration including (but not limited to) tracking vehicle orders, taxing vehicles, finance documentation preparation
  • Preparation and completion of all vehicle sale invoices
  • Collate and record all new and used vehicle information
  • Maintain accurate Sales department records and systems
  • Varied and fast paced role, requiring attention to detail, accuracy and fantastic organisational skills
