An exciting opportunity has been created in our Strategy community. We are looking for a 3-month Strategy intern (starting January 2023) to help inject new thinking and energy into our work.

You will make an impact on live client projects, embedding yourself in a team and being responsible for key areas of research and idea generation. Alongside this, you will have the freedom to explore shifts and trends, helping to shape our community's perspective on some of the biggest topics shaping our world. Whether you’re just starting your career or you’re looking for a career change - this could be your opportunity to get a head-start in brand strategy.

**What type of person are we looking for?**
- Curious: a keen interest in people, culture and business
- Commercial: a desire to learn about how businesses and categories work
- Cut-through: an ability to get to the heart of an issue and develop clear recommendations
- Compelling: persuasive in both written and spoken forms
- Creative: an imagination for how the world could be better
- Catalyst: a proactive and resourceful approach to getting things done

No degree required, and no previous experience in marketing or branding required
