**Responsibilities**:
General/Branding:

- Create, manage, and produce all on-brand creative and digital design for a variety of platforms and uses;
- Liaise with relevant external suppliers, printers, manufacturers, and developers to support brand quality control;
- Uphold and evolve the vibrant visual narrative of the Groucho Club heritage brand;
- Ensure all visual content and material consistently aligns with the club’s brand identity and reflects its unique voice, values, and personality;
- Showcase engaging visual communication using powerful design and impactful content creation.

Print:

- Design, produce and manage all Club collateral for print including, but not limited to, club event artwork, new menu design, member packs, private event brochures and Club signage;
- Work closely across departments to ensure consistent brand representation across all printed material and projects;
- Work with Creative Director to design and produce limited-edition merchandise and printed material.

Digital:

- Work to develop seamless and strategic brand guidelines to be used companywide with a focus on enhancing the overall member experience across all digital platforms;
- Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to comprehensively evolve the digital strategy and offering in line with the club’s brand;
- Work alongside the Director of Communications to curate and manage social media platforms and strategies, primarily our members-only Instagram posts, stories, and reels;
- Create digital assets (from static hero designs to video and animations) for a range of platforms, integrating existing imagery, original photography, AI-enhanced imagery;
- Maintain and continue to develop a visual library of unique, original material and Club content.
- Research industry trends to present ideas and concepts for up-to-date digital innovation and software;
- Stay ahead of the curve, especially in the design and technology of content creation, to maximise engagement and work towards creating a state-of-the-art digital member experience.

**Skills/Experience**:

- 4 + years of previous experience;
- Strong portfolio demonstrating work across a variety of creative disciplines and digital platforms.
- Detail-oriented with strong typographic skills;
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills;
- Possess a keen interest in the changing creative and cultural landscapes, artistic movements and evolution of design and innovation;
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign;
- Comprehensive understanding of CSS and HTML;
- Familiarity with UX processes;
- Working knowledge of Adobe Lightroom, XD, After Effects and/or Premier Pro would be useful but not essential;
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365.

**Nice to have but not essential**:

- Ability to draw and design by hand to create rough sketches, mock-ups, and illustrations;
- Photography skills.
