**About the Role**:
As a Behavioural Support Assistant, you'll serve as a guiding force for students with SEMH needs, empowering them towards success Your mission involves building strong connections, fostering positive rapport, and inspiring students to effectively manage their behavior. Initially a temporary role, there's potential for permanent placement for those who excel.
