My exciting Cheltenham based client who are a Global B2B Software
Specialist are looking for 2 x Customer Support specialists to join
their team.

These are entry-level roles which would suit either a school leaver
or Graduate possessing a keen interest in Software/Technology.

The primary function of the role is to support customers during
pre-sales onboarding and throughout the customer life cycle.
Based at my clients modern offices in Cheltenham, the role is full
time and permanent working Monday-Friday, hours of work are
predominantly 9-5 however the client do offer a flexi working policy.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customers within agreed SLA's
- Handle customers
- Respond to customers
in a pro-active and professional manner
- Effectively
communicate product technical information to customers as
required
- Maintain customer metrics and client-related
performance indicators
- Escalate issues to client support teams
according to SOP's
- Log and monitor client feedback and
escalate where necessary to senior management
- Logical thinker
- Excellent Communication skills
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
- Good keyboard skills
- Ability to pick up new systems
- Inquisitive
- Ability to
work both in a team and independently
- Tenacious with the
ability to work well under pressure
