This Job is a Hybrid role, 3 days form home 2 days fin the office
- liaise with customers, suppliers and engineers regarding sites/ parts/ visits
- Raise invoices, purchase orders and quotations
- Resolve customer queries quickly
- Assist the Office Manager’s Day to day administrative tasks.
- Assist the Sales Manager’s administrative tasks
- Ensure the company vehicles are maintained correctly
- Follow and ensure that all Health & Safety standards are meet.
- Some credit control - collecting overdue invoices using statements, letters and telephone calls. Some holiday cover far other part-time staff
- Hours 9am - 5pm
- 22 days Holiday a year
**Salary**: £10.50 per hour
