Description

The Bid Administration Apprentice will work within the bid team, reporting to the Bid Writer. This role is to provide administrative support to the team whilst developing the skills to build a career as a Bid Coordinator.
- Provide administrative support to Submissions Co-ordinator, Bid Writer, Senior Bid Writer and Proposals Manager
- General administration duties including electronic filing, updating lists and logs, maintaining a virtual library of information
- Proofreading of work and materials created by other team members
- Arrange meetings, booking meeting rooms and printing supporting documentation
- Creation of documents using standard templates using Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign
- Use of various online portals and systems
- Undertaking client and community research to support bidding activities
- Support with creating templates, graphics and general document production with progression to leading on this
- Completion of Standard Selection Questionnaires and creation of CVs and Case Studies for use in submissions, full training provided ¬ Providing leave cover for Bid Administration functions

Entry requirements

You will already hold Grade 4/C or above in both GCSE Maths and English or Functional Skills Level 2.

- Behaviour, Skills and Knowledge
- This apprenticeship is delivered as a day release
