**Customer Acquisition Agent (Hybrid)**
**Warrington based (Warrington)/ Hybrid after training**
**Salary**:£22000 - £28,000

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Fully reviews all proofs received to verify customers identity and establish customers monthly income. Where bank statements are received - review bank conduct to establish affordability.
- Complete 'Income and Expenditure' call with customers to gain accurate monthly outgoing information.
- Assesses the customers' ability to repay the loan over the term of the agreement.
- Gain relevant marketing consents from customers.
- Completes formal quotation with customers confirming loan repayments are affordable for full term.
- Discusses and gains agreement from customers on Payment Reminder System.
- Completes 'Pre-Sign up' call with customers to detail the offer of credit, SECCI and HPA ensures each element is explained in full.
- Gains customer's confirmation that they have a full understanding of all documents and requirements and are happy to proceed
- Effectively handles inbound calls from customers and dealers querying statuses of

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Communicates in an appropriate way with colleagues and customers demonstrating a full understanding of the recipients' needs
- Makes suggestions for ways to improve own and business performance
- Accepts and uses constructive feedback to improve own performance
- Contributes to meetings and discussions i.e. 121s, team meetings, Employee forum
- Ensures agreed objectives and targets are achieved in a way that is consistent with the company.
- Looks to develop own skills and knowledge of the business and understands how departments
- Takes into account the impact on others when making decisions
- Willingly shares knowledge with less experienced people
- Is always polite and courteous to others
- Proactively works to resolve customer and colleague issues and problems with area of responsibility
- Ensures that work is completed to standards agreed and always looks for ways to improve
- Works collaboratively with colleagues and customers
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literate
- Experience of a fast paced and changing environment
- 6-12 months Experience of an outbound calling environment
- Ideally will have worked in a regulatory environment
- Ideally with knowledge and experience of the sub-prime market
- Good educational standard to GCSE level or equivalent
- Good level of written and verbal English and maths**
