** Criminal Justice**
**Recovery Coordinator** who has the skills and experience to assess and engage with our service users, ensuring that they access the right intervention at the right time, in a way that best meets their needs.
With this roll you will be working as part of the Criminal Justice Team based in Kings Lynn
The team supports people that are involved in the Criminal Justice System supporting them to resolve all identified needs essential to long term recovery and reducing offending.

**Salary**: £26,393.77 - £30,316.74 dependent on experience
**Responsibilities**:
**About the role**:
- Conducting prison inreach within the local prisons in Kings Lynn
- Supporting service users from point of entry into the service and through their treatment/recovery journey
- Providing screening, assessment, and recovery planning and onward referral
- Reducing drug and alcohol related harm to service users and the wider community
- Working in partnership with Police, Probation, Courts and Prisons
- Working with service users to support social (re)integration, enabling them to lead meaningful and purposeful lives: promoting recovery, resilience, peer support and self-determination
**About you**:
- Excellent understanding of drug and alcohol issues and experience of working within criminal justice or related field
- Experience of supporting and advising participants with complex and/or multiple barriers to success
- Knowledge of the Criminal Justice system
- Ability to manage change successfully in a way that prioritises the needs of service users
- Seek out learning opportunities to improve and broaden your professional knowledge and skills and to contribute and oversee the learning and development of others
