**About Us**

Touchstone Glazing is a leading manufacture in the world of Historic glazing. With an outstanding reputation for innovation, product quality and customer care. Touchstones bespoke glazing system is manufactured in its workshop on the outskirts of Brighouse and installed throughout the country. Touchstones patented glazing system has been fitted in some of the country’s most prestigious buildings such as Lancaster and Skipton Castle, Durham University, and Ledston Hall to name but a few.

Now in 2023, Touchstone continues to expand and is becoming a leading light in the Historic building sector. Touchstone works alongside architects, conservation officers and homeowners to provide its patented double-glazing system specially designed to offer thermal efficiency to historic buildings.

Touchstone Glazing is looking to recruit a hardworking, passionate individual to become an integral part of our growing team. Reporting directly to the sales and marketing manager, they will be responsible for a number of duties and responsibilities but also have confidence to work alone.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Work under the direction of the sales and marketing manager to help reach the company’s marketing goals and sales objectives.
- Create promotion material including brochures, online content and marketing copy.
- Assist with organising and attending live trade shows.
- Maintain, update and create content for the company websites.
- Manage all social media accounts.
- Help plan CPD events for architects and conservation officers.
- Maintenance of all Google Workspace platforms, including Google My Business, Google Analytics, Google Search Console and more.
- Provide excellent customer care to all new and existing customers.
- Basic office admin duties when required.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Required:_
- A-Level or above
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic and reliable
- Good work ethic
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Passion to progress with the business
- Good Creativity, teamwork and organisation
- Confident communicator
- Desirable:_
- Knowledge and understanding of SEO and digital marketing
- Industry Knowledge
- Previous marketing and sales experience (1 year)
- Interest in photography and film
- An interest in historic buildings

**Salary**: From £10.42 per hour
