**Essential Duties**:

- Manage and update inventory control software. -SAGE 200
- Create and update shipping documents for all shipments.
- Maintain vendor records, including but not limited to shipping information and returns.
- Ensure that vendor invoice information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Review purchase orders for accuracy prior to shipment.
- Assist with receiving and processing of incoming deliveries.
- Expediting shortage reports and Purchase orders. Dealing with suppliers and checking on time delivery. Chasing up late deliveries and updating orders with acknowledged dates on Sage 200
- DMR Controls. Ensuring Folders are updated with new released drawings and ensuring parts are removed from kits if needed.
- Producing unallocated and shortage reports. Reporting these to Assembly and Materials manager - Being the bridge between purchasing and assembly
- Updating the spares website with lead times and pricing.
- General admin help in the purchasing department as required
- Other duties as assigned.
- Buying indirect consumables as and when required throughout the business

**Qualifications**:

- Ecxperience with Sage 200 / MRP systems
- Picking and Packing experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required, especially when communicating with vendors, shipping companies, etc.. Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience in inventory control or inventory management preferred but not required. Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision required. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
