**About the role**:
**Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to work for an organisation with a difference? Thera East Midlands is looking for a motivated person to join their team in the role of a Team coordinator based in Derbyshire.**

The role of a Team coordinator has two elements:
Personalised support: providing direct support and direction to adults with a learning disability. Creating opportunities for fun and supporting people to meet their needs, goals in life, whilst being a positive role model for the support team,

Direct line management of a designated support team - managing tasks like rotas, supervisions, debriefing, support plan and person centred planning for people supported.

As a Team Coordinator you will be part of an inclusive team empowered to create innovative ways to support an individual achieve their own personal goals. The ways of supporting will change with everyone you work with because everyone has different ambitions.
