Production Coordinator

Our client who is a family run leading manufacturer based in Wirksworth, Derbyshire, are looking for an enthusiastic Production Coordinator to join the Office Team to support production.

**Key responsibilities as the new Production Coordinator**:

- Work with operational personnel to plan, develop, coordinate, and execute production schedules.
- Develop cutting schedules using nesting software to optimising foam yield.
- Prioritising daily workload, based on capacity and resources, to achieve good product mix to support product flow.
- Monitor workflow and schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
- Analyse and address production issues in a timely fashion.
- Assist with creation of production specifications and associated CAD programs.
- Assist with creation and maintenance of the QMS.
- Production administration.

**Job requirements**:

- IT literate
- MS Excel experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous experience in production environment
- Confident self-motivator
- Able to work independently.
- Able to work in a fast paced and changing environment.
- You will have the ability to work with colleagues at all levels, from agency staff to senior management.

**About the role**:

- 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday)
- 8:00am - 16:30pm
- £24,960 Per Annum

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,960.00 per year
