**The job in a nutshell**

As a Learning Designer, your role will involve a combination of design and

development of digital learning solutions that will inspire our Hotel Teams and

Support Centre colleagues to learn more at Travelodge.

You will work with internal stakeholders and external partners to transform

content into digital learning solutions for our Hotel and Support Centre teams.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging online learning

solutions to ensure that all our colleagues have the right knowledge, skills and

behaviours to ensure our customers have a perfect stay with us and want to

return.

**What you will be doing**:

- Design, develop and test SCORM compliance e-learning material.
- Liaise with Stakeholders to implement feedback to ensure the end product

is designed to agreed learning outcomes and signed off in a timely

manner.
- Maintain the learning content within the online Training Toolkit in line with

GDPR requirements.
- Create learning material/media (graphics, audio, video simulations, etc) to

support business change initiatives.
- Design and update guides and slides to support the wider business

requests.

**What we’ll expect from you**:

- Proven experience working in learning design (online/F2F).
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite or similar software.
- Excellent grammar and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative flair with the ability to follow brand guidelines.
- Knowledge of working with a Learning Management System and

successfully deploying eLearning.
- Highly motivated and methodical with an ability to multitask, manage

time and work to tight deadlines.
- Experience of designing digital learning solutions withIn-depth knowledge

of learning theories and instructional design models is desirable.
