This role for Freelance Sample Coordinator is manchester based and on site

Paying £100 - £120 per day

You will need pervious experience in this role in order to be considered for the role of Freelance Sample Coordinator.

In the role of Sample Coordinator you will support the collation and movement of clothing samples through the photographic workflow process,

As Freelance Sample Coordinator you will be;
- Responsible for the organisation, logging and handling of all samples within the studio
- Managing the intake of samples into the studio and being responsible for the check in process
- Supporting samples workflow through the studio and ensuring capacity is appropraitely used
- Working closely alongside the buying and merchandising teams to ensure a fast and efficient turnaround of the sample process
- Compiling daily and weekly reports to minimise sample issues
- Ordering samples from the warehouse for the wider studio team
- Recording all samples entering the studio, labeling, logging, checking for damages and all have the required information
- Returning shot samples back to the warehouse
- Ensure all samples are prepped and ready for photography
- Steam and and organise all clothing samples for studio pre and post shoot
- Building rails of clearly labelled clothing samples ready for the models to wear for the correct shoots

Freelance Sample Coordinator requirements;
- Experienced in a studio, fashion or ecommerce role (Ideally 6 months +)
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Able to remain calm under pressure and ensure all deadlines are met with efficieny and organisation
- Excellent communication and team work skills
