About the Role…


As a Sample Machinist, no two days will be the same, you will work across multiple product categories, creating sample garments, for all occasions to meet client demand.

Working closely with garment technologists and the wider studio teams, communication is key to ensure all garments have the desired finishing & are to the specifications requested and efficiently at pace.


About the Candidate…


· Experienced sample machinist with extensive garment construction knowledge (Bridalwear experience is advantageous)

· Knowledge of how to handle and sewing luxury fabrics, specifically Silk Twill, Double Satin, Silk Satin, Chiffon, Crepe and Lace.

· Excellent understanding of fit and garment construction including RTW, Bridalwear and Bespoke garments.

· Flexibility required at peak times to manage workload. (Fashion Week, Award Season and Private Client Events)

· Minimum 7-10years experience working with luxury product.

· Innate interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication

· Organisational skills and ability to prioritse multiple workstreams and deadlines.
