HR Supervisor

We are currently looking to recruit a HR Shared Services Supervisor to support, manage operations activities and develop strong relationship for business growth. This is a working supervisor role which comprises of the supervision of HR Admin Team, ensuing they provide an efficient, cost effective and professional HR service, as well as undertaking full HR administrative duties for designated business unit(s). Responsible for managing the compliance of the HR Admin Team in prioritising workloads and ensuring all tasks are completed in an effective and timely manner in line with policies and procedures. To provide effective, flexible and responsive administrative support to the HR Business Partners and HR Advisors across all business units.
**Specific Tasks and Responsibilities**
**Administrative**
- Administering and inputting employee information into various HR systems and databases
- Processing Offers of Employment and associated acceptance paperwork/onboarding
- Administering employment vetting for new starters and vetting renewals for existing employees
- Issuing correspondence to employees on various HR related matters throughout the employee life cycle e.g. contractual amendments, probationary reviews, resignation confirmations etc
- Administering electronic documents and maintaining up to date employee files
- Responding to frequent unpredictable requests for support, advice and guidance
- Any other duties as and when required
- Supporting the HR Director with general administrative tasks, such as arranging meetings, booking meeting rooms, greeting visitors, document preparation etc
**Supervisory**
- Responsible for day to day supervision and line management of HR Admin Team
- Management of the HR Self-Service portal including distribution and prioritization of work amongst the HR Admin Team and ensuring that tasks are completed in an effective and timely manner in line with policies and processes and payroll deadlines
- Responsible for the checking of HR administration input prior to payroll calculations
- Undertaking regular data validation checks to ensure compliance, accuracy, and completeness using look ups and exception reports
- Act as a point of escalation for HR Admin queries related to policies and procedures
- Responsible for the onboarding and induction of new HR Admin Team members
- Monthly Reports for various stakeholders
- Supporting the team in the delivery of HR campaigns or initiatives, including the roll out of new policies, processes or systems
**Person**
Level 5 CIPD qualification or working towards
Proven experience of working in a high-volume HR Shared Services Team
Good in management and leadership skill
Experience of implementing strong systems and administration processes

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
