**About us**

The Pinnacle Climbing Centre is Northamptonshire’s Premier Indoor Climbing and Caving Facility. Catering for all ages and abilities, and open 7 days a week, our climbing centre is great for both adults and kids.

Established in July 2010 through the relentless determination of our MD, Simon, The Pinnacle has set the standard for climbing centres in the heart of England.

Offering not only a great selection of routes on 60 lines ranging from beginner-friendly F2, to pro-challenging F8a+, the centre also houses a dedicated bouldering room with problems graded V0 to V8+, and a climbing room purely for group use.

Numerous courses are on offer from Movement Masterclasses to Climbing Taster Sessions, including our famed Rockeez Kids Club sessions that run throughout the weeks during school terms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Delivering fun, exciting and professional climbing sessions to individuals and groups of all ages and abilities
- Working closely with the rest of the team
- Cleaning at the centre and helping to keep it looking its best, at all times
- Time management to ensure sessions start and finish on time
- Greeting customers to make them feel welcome at The Pinnacle as soon as they come through the door
- Efficiently handling paperwork before and after sessions
- Learning all the details of all our products in order to up-sell to customers
- Using RGP software to log bookings, take payments and manage events
- Assisting with special events

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- Keen climber with an interest in all types of climbing
- A passion for people, sport and development
- CWI or similar
