Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Salesperson to join our team in Sheffield. As a Retail Salesperson, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with customers, and ensuring the smooth running of the store.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide information about products and services to customers
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and trends
- Participate in training programs and attend meetings as required

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail sales preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of sales techniques and product knowledge

**Salary**: £24,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
