Unqualified Nursery Practitioner

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing quality care and education to young children. **Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise a group of children in a nursery setting
- Drive the implementation of age-appropriate activities and educational programs
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Engage children in play-based learning experiences
- Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Communicate effectively with parents and provide regular updates on their child's progress
- Collaborate with other nursery practitioners to ensure a cohesive and stimulating learning environment
- Maintain accurate records of children's development and daily activities

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills are essential
- Experience working in a nursery or similar childcare setting
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle multiple responsibilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

Note: All positions at our nursery are paid positions. We value the contributions of our team members and believe in fair compensation for their dedication and hard work. Salaries will be in line with age of National Minimum Wage

Pay: From £22,000.00 per year
