- Hybrid working
- Monday to Friday 9-5
- No weekends
- On site training for 5 weeks to give you maximum support in your new role
- March start date, interviews early February

**The Role**:
This is a rewarding role based in our busy, central Manchester office; you can expect a friendly and flexible culture synonymous with our proposition to our customers. Salary starting from £23,000. The role will involve, but not be limited to, you performing the following:

- You will make a real difference to our vulnerable customers in financial difficulty by having open and honest conversations about how we can best help them.
- Negotiating with our customers who are in arrears for repayment of balances. This involves using your initiative to recommend the best course of action, or alternative resolutions, where necessary.
- Adhering to all regulatory policies to ensure our customers are treated fairly, and the best possible outcomes are achieved at all times.
- Demonstrating a pro-active, inquisitive and problem-solving nature to assist our customers in vulnerable and often complex situations.
- Experience within a similar role or even industry isn't necessary
- Have a good level of resilience and can adapt well to difficult conversations
- Show a good level of empathy
- Confidence in having challenging conversations with our customers
- Able to problem-solve a wide range of complex situations
- Able to communicate clearly to our customers
- Good organisation skills
