**ABOUT THE ROLE**

A varied and responsible position providing administrative support and coordinating administration services to the Building Surveying team in the Midlands

What we expect from you
- Provide administration/secretarial support to the Partner and the Building Surveying team
- Formatting documents to the required templates. Provide administration support in the preparation and issuing of tender and contract documents.
- BS Database administration including set-up and electronic archiving of instructions
- Preparing the team fees and maintaining accounts records, arrears reporting
- Pulling data and preparing reports for the Partner and the Building Surveying team
- Assisting in the preparation of site surveys and meetings to include hotel and travel bookings, cherry picker/drone bookings
- Copy/Audio typing correspondence and reports
- Answering Client and Contractor/Consultant enquiries
- Electronic scanning and filing of Building Surveying projects
- Assisting with and inputting team expenses
- General office administration duties

**Person Specification**
- Previous experience working in a busy administrative role
- Fast and accurate typing
- Good written and verbal communication
- Enthusiastic and willing to undertake extra duties
- Proactive approach and a team player
- Organised with a good eye for detail
- Proficient with the Microsoft package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe etc)
