Client Services Executive

**Primary Responsibility**:
**Other responsibilities include**:
- Assisting our advisers with client review packs and valuations
- Maintain cash balances within portfolios
- Processing any income requests (Regular, Ad-Hoc, PCLS)
- Recording all business on our back-office CRM, Xplan
- Ensuring Xplan is kept up to date with documents, tasks and client details
- Processing client income requests
- Generating invoices
- Allocating / sending post
- Assisting in ad-hoc project work (e.g. monthly reconciliations, quarterly valuations to clients)
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- 3+ years in Sales Support/Administration role within a financial advising firm
- Working knowledge of financial CRM systems
- Working knowledge of platforms
- Experience processing business cases
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word and PowerPoint
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
