**Purpose of the role**:
To control and issue all dry goods, PPE and other sundry areas to the relevant departments within the site.

**Role Requirements**
- Assist with the intake of deliveries into the Dry Goods stores ensuring all quality standards are achieved and all packaging checks are completed.
- Monitor and adjust the warehouse stocks via the online tracking system via stock counts and physical checks.
- Picking, checking and issuing of Production requirements for Dry Goods, PPE and other sundry items.
- Physical stock takes as requested and comparison vs actual stock.
- Unloading of delivery and locating into stores.
- Matching PO’s to delivery notes and booking onto system.
- Visual checking of stock to ensure compliant vs Pre agreed standards.
- Working with site Purchasing Manager to ensure any stock shortfalls are communicated.
- Report any risks or any evidence of unsafe or out of specification product, equipment, packaging or raw materials, to a designated manager to enable the resolution of issues requiring immediate action
- Any other duties as required by management and within the competency of the post holder.

**Working Hours**:
Monday - Friday

06:00 until 15:30

Temporary position to cover sick leave

**Pay**:
£11.42 per hour.
