As our Assistant Head of Pastoral and Wellbeing, you'll be the driving force behind ensuring every student reaches their full potential. Your strategic mindset and proactive problem-solving skills will be put to the test as you navigate the ever-evolving landscape of education at Felsted.

Drawing on your background in pastoral leadership, you'll provide unwavering support to our students, working closely with external agencies and our Prep School Leadership Team (PLT) to deliver consistent outstanding pastoral care.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Qualified Teaching Status
- Previous experience in a leadership role within a school or community setting.
- Proven excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with students, staff, and families from diverse backgrounds.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to inspire and empower others in a multicultural environment.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and policies related to safeguarding, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
