We are hiring in our Talent Acquisition team as Instem continues to expand and grow

**What to expect?**
- Working in a global talent acquisition team, where you will perform your duties across various countries (US & Europe).
- Build relationships with universities, colleges, employment agencies, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; maintaining rapport & managing 3rd parties (recruitment agencies, job boards, suppliers).
- Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria.
- Create strategies to efficiently and cost effectively, recruit professionals with specific skills, along with aligning the right process as per that manager/role.
- Manage the interview process (scheduling, assessing, technical tests, offer process), alongside, managing the onboarding process (check-ins, equipment requests, start dates, equipment distribution, first-day welcome meetings)
- Manage and maintain applicant tracking system and recruitment information folders.
- Manage new employee relocation by determining new employee requirements; negotiating with movers; arranging temporary housing; providing community introductions.
- Support the wider HR team with ongoing projects, performing any other reasonable tasks.
- Lead, support, and own talent acquisition project work, and/or supporting HR projects.
- Adherence to our Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure all work is handled securely, professionally, and diligently.

**Skills you’ll need**:

- A proven track record in recruitment, ideally in the IT Sector.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate ideas in a concise way both verbally and written.
- Proactive mindset to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Ability to influence, negotiate and manage others’ expectations.
- Full end-to-end management of recruitment process from Initial job brief to onboarding
