**Job Title**: Team Lead - Young Carers & Young Adult Carers Services in Medway

**Salary**: £25,500 per annum

**Contract**: Permanent

**Hours**: 37 hours per week

**Location**: Flexible Monday to Friday working - to work from home and community venues within the Medway Locality and to cover evenings and Saturday’s as required

We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Lead (Young Carers and Young Adult Carers) to join our team in Medway.

As a Team Lead (Young Carers and Young Adult Carers) you will be part of our team in Medway, helping to improve the lives of carers through your work.

This role will include, providing day to day line management of Carers Support Advisers, work in co-production with Young Carers and Young Adult Carers to ensure that all services are exceptional and build effective relationships with locality partners.

To be successful in this role you will have experience of managing multiple streams of work with the ability to inspire support and motivate staff, a working knowledge of health and social care particularly in relation to Young Carers and Young Adult Carers and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

We offer hybrid and remote working with occasional travel to Carers First locations and community venues, so being commutable is desirable.
