We are looking for **Compliance Policy Specialist**

You will:

- Advise FxPro management on the applicable rules and regulations under which the business will operate, **and any changes which are required to be implemented.**:

- Prepare and maintain all of the policies that the companies in the group require to have in place to demonstrate adequate systems and controls
- Document all company procedures and ensuring any necessary updates are made promptly. This includes maintaining a thorough audit trail of all changes implemented.

What we are looking for:

- ** Previous experience in regulatory practice in a law firm, financial services, audit or risk.**:

- Understanding of financial markets, margin trading, **contracts for difference** and execution-only.
- Stakeholder management skills.
- Driven and results oriented.
- Able to work independently within a global and multi-cultural company.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
