**Job Duties and Responsibilities**

1. Lead on the trust funding element of the fundraising strategy in line with the wider organisational strategy.

2. Account manage and steward existing trust donors.

3. Identify and build relationships with new prospects who have the capacity to support at five/six figure level.

4. Support the organisations long-term strategy by gaining long term / multi-year trust funding.

5. Develop and manage the delivery of an annual work plan and pipeline for the trusts fundraising programme, inclusive of creating and implementing an unrestricted pipeline and identifying core funders.

6. Identify trust funders to support the charity’s enhanced support programme, which provides holistic support to young people within our service.

7. Collaborate with members of SMT and where applicable the wider staff team to create new and innovative funding proposals.

8. Produce and maintain accurate records of all trust income and expenditure. Take responsibility for achieving financial targets.

9. Work with the finance team and project leads to create accurate project budgets and to ensure secured income is spent in compliance with funding agreements.

10. Effectively report on grant expenditure and project outcomes achieved in a timely manner in accordance with funding conditions.

11. Work closely with the Senior Management Team and Trustees to maximise networking opportunities.

12. Recording all trust data on the database and running reports to track income and trends.

13. Play an active role in the fundraising team and wider organisation, developing strong relationships with colleagues.

14. Work in a joined-up manner that promotes effective communication and streamlined processes across the different SASH teams so that all are able to direct their focus on achieving positive outcomes for young people facing homelessness.

Part-time hours: 37 per week

**Salary**: £33,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
