This is an exciting opportunity to join the Wellbeing and Safeguarding department at the University of Warwick as an Executive Assistant. The role is a full time, permanent position.

The role provides high level EA support to the Director of Wellbeing and Safeguarding and the Senior Leadership team. It assists with the management of a wide range of administrative activities ensuring that the Wellbeing and Safeguarding provision is able to operate smoothly and efficiently.

You will have excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships at all levels.

You will have previous experience of providing EA support including effective diary management. Attention to detail is very important as is the ability to manage your own workload, use your initiative and manage conflicting priorities. Due to the nature of the role you will also have a high level of confidentiality and the ability to deal with staff and students in a sensitive, professional manner.
