**Get to know the role**
- Co-create a system operations plan and roadmap and ensure that this is synchronized with the overall Grab strategic direction
- Project manage various system operations initiatives to ensure it meets company KPIs
- Serve as a key member of the GrabMart Kilat team to drive overall operational

**The day-to-day activities**
- Develop, implement, and analyze all ERP systems related to GrabMart Kilat
- Become the bridge between the GrabMart Kilat team and 3rd party for Odoo related matters
- Daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring for all Odoo system for GrabMart Kilat stores operational
- Implement and analyze all Odoo activity in GrabMart Kilat

**The must-haves**
- You have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 2-3 years working experience in software development/ operational/ system analyst
- You have strong knowledge and exprience in operating Odoo software and technical support
- You have the experience in IT project management
- You are experienced in managing IT vendors for software development related
- Proficiency in written and verbal english
- Good communication skill
