We are looking for a hardworking and motivated individual to join their tight knit team as a Trade Marketing Manager position based in London. This role will allow you to work with a successful company.

**Client Details**

This company is looking to further expand their team as they are going through a sustained period of growth.

**Description**

The key responsibilities for the Trade Marketing Manager role:

- Produce a customer focus plan that is updated weekly to capture all marketing activities from the Sales Team
- Feedback the plan and actions on each of the sales team's requirement on a weekly basis back to sales team
- Create & update a list of all marketing activities within a remit on weekly basis with the Marketing Manager, using a status sheet to report back on activities
- Effective coordination and fast execution of marketing campaigns under the guidance of the Marketing Manager
- Ensure there is a positive correlation between every marketing activity and sales growth
- Ensure DRV attends events that will yield a greater investment back to the business through sales, lead gen or awareness
- Coordinate between the creative team, marketing team and senior management to ensure creative and original designs are used for all marketing campaigns that align with the company's mission, vision, and values and without violating any copyrights, or similarlegal issues
- Generate a lead generation plan to capture new leads gained from industry events / expos and report back on the additional sales achieved, as well as mentions on social media from customers by attending the event with the support of the Marketing Managerdevelop ad hoc campaign budgets and ROIs with data support, gather quotes, and share previous prices to inform direction
- Analyse the effectiveness of ad hoc campaigns based on targets set monthly and report to the Marketing Manager
- Be on top of merchandise stock and ensure the merchandise is efficiently ordered and effectively used

**Profile**
- Previous FMCG or retailer experience in marketing or category management desirable
- Understanding of distributor business model dynamics
- Good analytical skills & creativity in bringing ideas
- Highly organised with high levels of accuracy
- High energy and a drive for results
- Strong team player
- Analyse sales performance of 10 different customers every week and create a plan of action to upsell, in collaboration with both the Sales and Marketing teams
- Report on the sales progress of each customer analysed, 6 weeks after implementing upselling plans including the ROI of each initiative
