**Your role as a **Digital Content & e-Learning Designer** at phs Group will cover 2 areas**:
**Digital Content for our Internal Communications team**
- Champion and manage the day-to-day operations of the company’s internal social media platform, Yammer and our analytics tool, SWOOP
- Ensure Yammer becomes the “go to” place for sharing information
- Work with the Head of Internal Comms to ensure that relevant, engaging, up to date and appropriate content is posted and shared on Yammer
- Lead communications champions across the business to drive use of and engagement with Yammer and SWOOP
- Be the Yammer and SWOOP expert at phs, looking at how we can develop and grow our use of Yammer to keep it interesting
- Be the creative lead for all videos, digital content and imagery to support Internal Comms
- Visualise concepts for videos, write scripts, film any necessary footage and lead on editing
- Be confident in taking and editing photos, particularly at events
- Create all internal branding, particularly for seasonal campaigns
- Support our IT team with the set-up and filming of our live webinars

**Digital Content for our **Learning and Development team**
- Effectively scope digital / videography requirements from business requests, using pre agreed requirements documents to keep projects and initiatives on track and avoid scope creep
- Maximise use of ULearn (LMS platform) and create inspirational ULearn training modules. This will include uploads of video, links to external sites, PDFs, validation assessments and Scorm files
- Provide advice, guidance and create material for both video and imagery requirements within the L&D team
- Support with audio and editing for podcast learning solutions
- Toolbox talks - Produce high quality, topical and timely digital learning / videos to ensure colleague safety through regular bulletins
- Sound understanding of how to use digital channels to drive communication, engagement, and learning (Creating Scorm packages would be desirable) - Articulate 360
- Bringing messages and concepts to life with visuals and a good idea around how people learn and digest information
- Good understanding of the Microsoft suite - Teams, SharePoint, Forms and PowerPoint
- Graphic design experience - Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign
- Animation / Video Editing / Podcasts experience - After Effects / Premier Pro / Audition
- Proven ability to digest complex information and produce simple solutions
