**The company**:
Brewster Partners are currently recruiting for an Operations Administrator on behalf of a Bromley based client operating within the finance sector. The client is a well-established company which prides itself on innovation, inclusivity & commitment to employee satisfaction.

**The job**:
This is a permanent and full-time role. This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working and is distributed across the days of Monday - Friday.

Within this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support across the client reporting and portfolio sector through using your previous financial services and client valuation experience.

Other responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Ensuring high quality client delivery through supporting probate valuation preparation, complete final checks and assisting with stock research.
- Working with the team and independently to effectively administer new client dealings, new fund investments and rebalancing MPS models.
- Both monitor and review MiFID II reporting.
- Handle queries from investment managers
- Assist with data queries raised by exceptions reports and prepare data for quarterly uploads.

**The person**:
This role would be suited to someone who has previous experience working in a regulated administrative environment.

Good attention to detail and an ability to use initiative alongside an adaptability in the workplace is desirable for this role. Alongside:

- Proven accuracy skills
- Ability to handle complex information
- Keen interest or knowledge in investment operations
- Intermediate in MS office
- A Levels or L3 Qualification & GCSE’s (Grades A-C in Maths / English)
- Professional and positive attitude to work
